The villa is divided into two floors:

Ground floor - 
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
1 double bedroom with wardrobes, large bathroom with shower and bathtub and air conditioning.
1 double bedroom with wardrobes, air conditioning and large full bathroom.

All bedrooms have access to the outside of the garden and swimming pool. Equipped kitchen. Living room/Dining room with a table for up to 12 people, richly decorated with fireplace and with three wide glass doors giving access to terrace, gardens and pool.

1st Floor - 
Double bedroom en-suite with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower cabin and bath tub and a balcony with views south over the pool and garden, attached to this bedroom there is another bedroom with a bunk bed for children.

Outside - 
Ample gardens and lawns covering about 1,800m. Swimming pool with possibility to be heated (11mx5) surrounded by lawns and divided into shallow end for children and deeper section for adults.

Terrace for outside dining (seat up to 12 people) with table and chairs, sun loungers & sun shades, BBQ with direct access to kitchen, pool/snooker table. Private parking.

Safety - 
Main gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off.

Safe for personal effects , kitchen equipped with fire blankets, extinguishers and fire detectors.
