Responsibilities - Follow me tours AGENCY is responsible for the organization of the Tours mentoined on the website. This company is fully insured, having all the insurance requested by the Portuguese law through Axa Seguros, an international insurance company. All our clients are fully insured during these Tours. This company is not responsible for any losses or damages not directly involved or provoked by their services.
We and Follow me tours Agency are not responsible for any articles left inside of the vehicles, it´s the client´s responsability to be at the meeting points at the right time agreed with guide/ driver of the Tour. Failing to do so, assumes the responsability of being left behind while the Tour proceeds. It is the sole responsability of the client, to carry all the necessary documentation( passports, visas, etc) to ensure legal and appropriate circulation both in Portugal and abroad.Prices - The prices shown on this website include all the fees and taxes required by the Portuguese national law.Reservations - They can be made anytime everyday.Cancellations - The company reserves the right to cancel any tour which does not have the minimum number of reservations to assure the execution of that same tour.Reimbursements - The client is entitled to a refund of 100% if the cancellation is made 24hours before the start of the tour, being charged a fee of 5€, referring to services provided at the time of the booking.Children - 4 years of age or younger = Free travelling with no guaranteed seat. From 5 to 10 = 50% of full price. The number of children cannot be greater than number of adults on the same booking.Monuments, Museums and Meals - Entrance fees and meals are not included on the Tour prices.Alterations - All excursions and prices are subject to alteration without prior notice when due to circumstances beyond our control.Complaints - Complaints will only be accepted in written once directed to the agent where the reservation and payment were made and within the limit of 8 days after the service has taken place.In agreement with the European Union directive, complaints can only be accepted after details have been communicated to the respective suppliers (hotels, guides, local agents) during the trip or stay, demanding the respective documents to confirm the incident.* Vouchers and tickets can be obtained from PortugalGo Agency. Tickets to be purchased 2 days before date of travel. A form of Identification is required when touring (e.g. Passport / ID Document).
