No payment will be effected without confirmation by the hotel unit, the availability to book and without acceptance by the customer of the charge values. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the reliability of payment.

This will necessarily be 100% upon booking confirmation and made up to 30 days before check-in. If no payment is made, the PortugalGO will cancel the reservation. All extra services, such as cleaning, laundry or safes are paid directly to the projects.

Also not included in the price: sunbeds expenses; safe; enclosures and other sports equipment, except as provided by free enterprise, excursions and other personal expenses, transportation to and from the hotel / airport; cots (unless informed gratuity or the amount to be collected), and travel insurance.

In case of unavailability of accommodation requested, the Agency PortugalGO recommend an alternative, whose value may or may not be equivalent. If the alternative is accepted by the customer and if your desire booking, and accept the same responsibility will be the cost difference.
